A Ukrainian drone strike overnight killed two people and started a fire at a refinery in Russia's Krasnodar region, northeast of the Black Sea, local authorities confirmed this morning.

"Drone debris fell on the Afipsky railway station; unfortunately, two people were killed," regional governor Veniamin Kondratiev said on Telegram.

On the Ukrainian side, two people were killed in Zaporizhzhia , the head of the local military administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported on Telegram.

Russia struck four cities simultaneously overnight: Kiev, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia and Dnipro.
