The United States struck in southern Iran "in self-defense," hitting a missile launch site and Iranian ships attempting to lay mines, CENTCOM said, according to American media reports.
Meanwhile, the stalemate over Iran remains unresolved. Tehran claims progress but warns that an agreement "is not imminent." Trump also stalls: "The deal will either be great or it won't happen."
Negotiations continue with the help of mediators: talks in Doha between Iranians Ghalibaf and Araghchi and Qatari Prime Minister Sharif and Pakistani Munir da Xi.
For its part, Israel resumed raids against Hezbollah, with Prime Minister Netanyahu warning: "We have eliminated 600 terrorists, but we will not lower our guard."
