No women in NGOs , domestic or foreign, in Afghanistan.

After making college a male-only privilege , the Taliban's latest order came following "serious complaints " that female employees of non-governmental organizations did not abide by an appropriate dress code .

This was announced by the Afghan economy ministry - responsible for approving licenses for NGOs operating in the country -, which underlined the " non-compliance with the Islamic hijab and other rules and regulations relating to work in national and international organizations ».
