Maybe a robbery gone bad. This would be the first reconstruction of the murder of Luisa Dell'Orto, a 65-year-old Italian nun who died in Haiti where she had lived for 20 years and worked in Port au Prince.

The nun was attacked on the street and, seriously injured, was taken to hospital but her condition was too serious.

Sister Luisa, originally from Lomagna (Lecco), was the backbone of Kay Chal, "Casa Carlo", in a very poor suburb of the capital, and dedicated her life to child slaves. After the earthquake of 2010 she was involved in the reconstruction of the institute.

In the past she was also a missionary in Madagascar and taught History of Philosophy and Social Doctrine of the Church.
