I think I'm Maddie McCann . I want to do a DNA test ».

And, surprisingly, the request was accepted . These are the words of a Polish girl , who six days ago on her Instagram profile (which she called "I'm Madeleine McCann") posted the first of a series of photos with which she tries to prove that - probably - it's her little Madeleine . That is, the English girl mysteriously appeared in 2007 in Portugal during a family holiday. According to investigators, she was killed shortly after her disappearance by the German pedophile Christian Brueckner . But the body was never found and every track still remains open.

According to the Daily Mirror, the 21-year-old girl today - but who believes that her age on the documents is false (Madeleine would be 19 today) - said she began to have doubts about her past after some allusions made by her grandmother .

« I don't remember anything from my childhood , the memories are confused. When I spoke to my parents, they avoided the discussion by giving me answers that don't match what I already know. I also asked my mom for some pregnancy photos, medical documents. But in vain," confessed the young woman, responding to the doubts raised by a follower.

In support of her claims, she also published photos with details that would help her prove her true identity : a speck in her right eye – Maddie had one – and a birthmark on her leg .

So the 21-year-old, who says her name is Julia , clamored for help from the web: «I have to do a DNA test. British and Polish investigators ignore me. I will tell my story in posts. Help me ». Then the turning point : " The McCanns have officially agreed to take a DNA test ." Breath held for the outcome that "even if it were to be negative it will help me clarify my past", confessed the girl.
