The White House wrote this on X , posting an image of a line of migrants in handcuffs and chains being loaded onto a military cargo plane , with the caption: "Deportation flights have begun. Promise made, promise kept."
The post comes after the announcement of the arrest of 538 illegal immigrants and the launch of a mass deportation operation , just days after Donald Trump's inauguration.
“The Trump administration has arrested 538 illegal criminal migrants,” White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt told X a few hours ago, adding that “hundreds” have been deported on military aircraft.
