It is the terrible accident that occurred in Dunston County, Great Britain . Little Karlton Noah Donaghey, just six years old , was killed.

The baby, who was found lying on the floor of the house by his mother, 43-year-old Lisa Donaghey, with his head and neck covered by the balloon , died after six days of agony .

The doctors had tried to revive him and assisted him with an artificial respirator, but it was all in vain .

Further tests will be needed to establish cause of death, but helium poisoning is currently the most likely hypothesis.

Karlton's mother appealed to all parents about the danger of these games: "Be careful, I don't wish anyone to face such severe pain as I am experiencing."
