Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a document formalizing his country's withdrawal from the Council of Europe , already decided last March.

Putin has in fact signed a decree for the removal of Ivan Soltanovsky from the post of permanent representative of Moscow to the organization based in Strasbourg .

And while the NATO Parliamentary Assembly approved the resolution presented by the Political Commission declaring Russia a "terrorist state" under the current regime , Norway has declared that it will assist Ukraine with gas supplies for the next winter , providing financing in the amount of 2 billion Norwegian kroner (about 190 million euros).

"The EU Commission is providing another €2.5 billion for Ukraine. We have €18 billion planned for 2023, with funding being disbursed regularly. For urgent repairs and a quick recovery leading to successful reconstruction We will continue to support Ukraine for as long as necessary", the words of the president of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen on twitter.

Ukraine, with millions of people without electricity, is preparing to face the winter in dramatic conditions, with the World Health Organization sounding the alarm: "The cold kills, the lives of millions of people are at risk ».
