My wife and daughter legally boarded the plane in Tehran, and were planning to visit Dubai for a few days and then fly back to Iran. But the plane was forced to return with all passengers. His wife could not leave Iran "because she invited people to participate in the national strike ... but she had the order revoked by illegal means," wrote the Iranian agencies Tasnim and Isna, citing an informed source.

The Supreme National Security Council had therefore banned her from leaving Tehran with an executive order, the agencies add.
