A former security officer for the municipality of Crans-Montana is reportedly under investigation by the Sion prosecutor's office in the investigation into the New Year's Eve massacre at the Constellation ski resort .

Swiss television RTS reported this, after confirmation from his lawyer. The man, whose involvement in the investigation is believed to be linked to the lack of municipal checks over the past five years, will be questioned on Monday, February 9th.

The other two suspects are the owners of the Constellation , Jacques and Jessica Moretti, against whom the prosecution suspects the crimes of murder, injury and arson through negligence.
