At least 15 people have been killed in the latest Russian military attack on Kiev. Dozens have been injured.
Moscow's new strikes hit the capital and its surrounding area overnight. Ballistic missiles were used, causing explosions in several cities.
"An air raid alert has been declared in Kiev due to the threat of enemy use of ballistic weapons," the Ukrainian capital's military administration (KMVA) reported. At least six powerful explosions were heard in the capital.
