A 49-year-old was found dead at his home in Charles County, Maryland. The man lived with at least 124 snakes of various species, some even poisonous.
The reptiles - there were types that are banned in the state of Maryland - were kept inside terrai on metal shelves and among them were identified pythons, rattlesnakes, cobras and black mambas.
The police have launched an investigation into the death, but do not believe they have elements to follow the trail of the murder.
