"Italy and Romania are explicitly named by the NATO Secretary General as participants in the aggression against Iran . They, along with all other European countries that supported the American-Israeli aggression against Iran, must explain to their citizens and to the world why they chose to collude in this blatant act of aggression and the commission of mass atrocities against the Iranian populations in Minab, Lamerd, Tehran, Isfahan, Sanandaj, Hamadan, Tabriz, Shiraz, and Bandar Abbas."
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqei wrote this on X after Mark Rutte's interview on Fox , in which the NATO Secretary General revealed that "500 US planes took off from American bases in Italy to support Operation Epic Fury against Iran" and that "a country like Romania, in its capital Bucharest, had to reduce commercial air traffic because the airport was being used as a depot for tanker aircraft."
