An Italian man in his thirties was stabbed to death in Ibiza.

According to local media, the attack occurred in the Playa d'en Bossa area, near a bar that was closed at the time. The attackers then fled.

The victim, struck by at least one blow, was reportedly seen by witnesses clutching his chest and abdomen with his hand before collapsing to the ground. Contacted by ANSA, the Guardia Civil said it could not provide further information on the circumstances of the incident or possible motives at this time.

Some witnesses reported seeing the man speaking to two other people "in a foreign language" shortly before the attack.

After the alarm was raised, medical personnel arrived on the scene and attempted to revive the man, but were unsuccessful.
