Accused of sexual assault, he attacks the judge by jumping on her

During a hearing for sexual assault, the accused attacked the judge by jumping on her, climbing over the defense and magistrate's bench and sparking a bloody brawl involving court officials and lawyers.

The man, Delone Redden, lunged at Clark County District Judge Mary Kay Holthus , causing her to fall from her chair and hit the wall.

At that point court officials and lawyers came to his aid. Holthus suffered some injuries, but is not in serious condition: she was however hospitalized for a cut on her forehead and a dislocated shoulder. The attacker was arrested and booked into the Clark County Detention Center.
