The kidnapping alert system was activated yesterday evening in France to locate a three-year-old girl abducted in Alençon (Orne) . The Ministry of Justice announced the announcement.

The little girl, named Khuslen and of Mongolian origin, was abducted around 9:40 p.m. yesterday, according to a kidnapping alert issued, which specifies that the alleged kidnapper, her father, may have escaped in a white Peugeot 308.
