After the success in Milan, on 9-10 April the creative laboratory "Women Creative Empowerment" arrives in Cagliari, an innovative project based on personal and professional growth for women, born from the collaboration between actress and trainer Roberta Crivelli and life and business coach Sonia Casalicchio.

The program includes theatrical workouts and coaching to increase self-esteem, self-efficacy and self-determination.

“Women Creative Empowerment was born from the great synergy between our two disciplines - explains Roberta - theater and coaching, and from the desire to work for and with women”. Coaching "works on the ability to discover inner potential and resources", explains Sonia, to "strengthen them and use them in achieving one's challenging goals".

Focus on theater, "to experiment - adds Roberta - and to train directly on the field, immediately putting into practice the resources discovered with coaching and using one's expressive and empathic capacity". And then the workshop of "Female empowerment", "a perfect creative space to dedicate time to yourself, a unique opportunity to get involved, get away from limiting stereotypes and consciously take possession of your unexpressed potential".

"The energy and creativity that are generated with this type of work have so far brought home surprising results - Sonia's promise - for some awareness, for others trust, for all, in essence, new life blood to be allocated to their targets".

It is possible to participate in the workshop by registering through the dedicated website. Tickets are on special promotion until Sunday 20 March and participation is reserved for an exclusive group of 12 women.
