The Porto Cervo Wine and Food Festival continues. With numbers. After the ribbon cutting at the Conference Center with godmother Giusy Meloni, the 14th edition of the boutique event dedicated to the best of Sardinian and national wine production has come to life with the final days.
In addition to the tastings and the “Fuori fiera” events, which will experience the highlight today at 8:30 pm with the DJ set by Manuelito, aka Manuel Zappadu, in the Piazzetta of Porto Cervo, the record numbers for 2025 are holding the spotlight. “From 20 exhibitors the first year, we have reached almost 100 exhibitors in this edition, 60 percent of which are Sardinian. There are even some foreign presences,” explains the CEO of Smeralda Holding Mario Ferraro.
" Sardinian wine is highly regarded all over the world and events like this are a prerequisite for making the products increasingly known : there is a great search for simple, natural and unadulterated products, and we in Sardinia have all this", echoes Franco Mulas, Area manager Costa Smeralda.
