Wind energy, Todde: «I felt mocked by the Government, the draft decree was unacceptable»
The president at the majority summit: «Future collaborations are at risk. Island under attack by speculators, let's accelerate the moratorium"« Of course I felt ridiculed , not personally but as a representative of Sardinia , we have a territory that is currently being attacked by renewables speculators, and we believe it is appropriate to defend ourselves with every tool and every method. This type of government attitude also undermines future collaboration."
Governor Alessandra Todde declared this at the end of the majority summit called to take stock in light of the draft decree on suitable areas which does not take into account the observations presented by the Region ten days ago at the summit with the Minister of the Environment Gilberto Picket Fratin.
Now, he announced, «we are accelerating the bill (the moratorium that prohibits the installation of systems for 18 months ed.) by strengthening it in the Council and also using the role of the Sardinian parliamentarians». Strengthening it how? «Amendments will be presented, in any case it will be a transitional law».
