Flavio Cobolli collapsed in the Wimbledon quarterfinals, losing to Englishman Arthur Fery—a wild card—in three sets. The match ended 6-4, 7-6, 6-0.

In the women's event, Jasmine Paolini also missed out, having to forgo the semifinals: the Italian was defeated by Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk in straight sets, with a score of 6-3, 6-2.
