Dinamo Lab Banco di Sardegna signs a young English talent. Born in 2005, 3 points, Charlie McIntyre arrives in Sardinia for his first experience outside England and finds again coach Foden, coach of the national team.

The new white and blue player is considered one of the most interesting English prospects: at just 17 he is the youngest athlete on Team England who won the bronze medal at the 2022 Commonwealth Games. The English player approached the sport at an early age, starting with football with Chelsea's junior academy before being diagnosed with the disease that led him to wheelchair basketball.

His journey began with the under 15s, winning the player of the year title and the bronze medal, before moving up to the seniors in the 2017-2018 season. Here he continued his ascent by winning the International Easter Cup in Berlin with the nomination of MVP. He currently represents South England at wheelchair basketball 3x3. In his first experience away from home, McIntyre in Sardinia finds coach Mathew Foden, his 3x3 coach, and is ready to debut in the Italian championship.
