From the stage to the university classrooms: Valerio Scanu is ready to graduate in Law.
This was announced by the singer from Maddalena himself, who in an interview with Roma Today explained the new course of study, which he has been dedicating to since 2018.
At the base of this choice a personal story, from which a new and compelling passion was born which, perhaps, could become a real job in the future.
“I decided to enroll in law a few years ago,” explains Scanu. “I had received a libel complaint and I began to take an interest in the process. In that case the story was a bit particular, in the end it ended with an archiving because it was shown that what I had argued could be considered controversial, but not defamatory. But at that point curiosity and the desire to understand how far I could go in the legal field arose in me, and I started studying. Before the lockdown I attended face-to-face lessons and exams, afterwards I continued at a distance ".
Scanu is now about to take his degree exam, and despite the fact that the last few years have certainly not been easy for him: the singer in the most difficult months of the pandemic has lost his father, struck by Covid.
Now he dreams of a future as a lawyer, about which he already has quite clear ideas. "I would like to practice in Rome - he explains - In the past I have collaborated with various associations and non-profit organizations specialized in various social issues, and I would like to continue to do so also as a lawyer. And then I think I have the necessary 'verve'".
