In addition to Mahmood, winner with Blanco of the Sanremo Festival, there could also be another artist originally from Sardinia on the stage of the Eurovision Song Contest scheduled in Turin from 10 to 14 May.
We are talking about Valerio Scanu, who could arrive at the prestigious event as a representative of San Marino.
If the winner of the Ariston, Egyptian father and mother of Orosei, has acquired the right to participate precisely with the success in Sanremo, the singer from Maddalena hopes to arrive in Turin as a representative of San Marino.
Scanu is in fact among the finalists of “Una Voce per San Marino”, the talent organized by San Marino Rtv, the state broadcaster, Media Evolution and the Tourism Secretariat to choose the San Marino representative for the competition.
But the competition is fierce. Achille Lauro, Ivana Spagna, Blind and Alberto Fortis will also perform at the kermesse - scheduled for February 19th.
