Gaining new customers, managing the complex phases of business life, adapting to a world that is changing and at the same time offering new opportunities. Companies face the challenge of an increasingly competitive market every day. To help them grow and develop in a solid manner and with a long-term horizon, the US Program for entrepreneurial, managerial and professional growth was created, an initiative of the L'Unione Sarda group in collaboration with excellent universities such as the University of Cagliari, the Sda Bocconi School of Management and the Politecnico di Milano.

The appointments

The project was presented today in Cagliari at the headquarters in Piazza L'Unione Sarda during a workshop introduced by the group's publisher Sergio Zuncheddu, by the general manager Lia Serreli and by the director of the newspapers Emanuele Dessì. The entrepreneurs, all clients of the advertising concessionaire Pbm, will have the opportunity to discuss the economic scenarios and the structure of the training courses together with the teachers of Sda Bocconi Marina Puricelli and Carlo Alberto Carnevale Maffè. The appointment, already sold out, will be repeated in Oristano (Monday 9 June at 5:30 pm) at the Mistral hotel in via XX Settembre 34 and Sassari (Tuesday 10 June, at 5 pm) at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce in via Roma 74.

"Entrepreneurs are made of special material," explains publisher Sergio Zuncheddu, "they are those who bet on the future every day, face obstacles with determination and are capable of multiplying value for the community. They deserve to be listened to and respected for the role they play in society. With the US Program we want to accompany them with real tools, not just words."

The three areas

The project was designed to respond to three fundamental needs that all entrepreneurs have in common. Excellent training, with in-person and streaming seminars curated by Sda Bocconi, Politecnico di Milano and the University of Cagliari on key topics, from marketing to artificial intelligence; effective communication, with a platform dedicated to sending and publishing company stories and its protagonists on the media of the L'Unione Sarda group; services for business growth, from qualified information (with L'Unione Sarda, il Sole 24 Ore and Leggi Illustrate) to the e-commerce platform dedicated to customers. With these tools, entrepreneurs, managers and professionals will be able to increase their competitive capacity by improving production processes, organization and turnover, and will be able to manage the complexity they have to face every day at the helm of companies.
