The coward is not so scary, because if you remove the cowardly, the coward remains. There are vowel trees, children with their heads in the clouds, and a mischievous trumpet fish. In the wonderful world created by Massimiliano Maiucchi , children enter willingly and are involved in laughter and nursery rhymes to mimic with the body. With the preview on Friday evening at Quod Design in Sassari , the 3rd edition of “Up to read me crazy-Music between the pages” , the literary festival organized by the Carta da Musica association in collaboration with Le Donne Terribili, has started.

The peculiarity of the event that will have its highlight from 27 to 29 July is to have thought not only of adults but also of children. So yesterday Maiucchi's show for children (but also the parents had fun) opened an evening that saw the presentation of the graphic novel “Ligabue. Dreams of Rock'n'Roll ”by Nicholas Ciuferri and the book“ Amare Male ”by Guido Catalano.

And so it will also be for the next appointments. On the 27th, Dotta Vigliacci proposes "Unbeknownst to you, a circus show and comic acrobatics" which precedes the presentations of "Runningsofia, from the book to the podcast" with Carlo Alberto Melis who converses with the author Claudio Bagnasco and "I passi nel bosco" by Sandro Campani. On the 28th, however, Gianni Chessa dedicates the show to Gianni Rodari, the king of nursery rhymes for children. Followed by Paola Farinetti with her “Surface diving” and Andrea Satta with “The green accordion”.

Double main course (for adult fans) on the 29th with Pasolini's music deepened by Claudia Calabrese and Luigi Frassetto and the book by Gino Castaldo who tries to answer the eternal musical dilemma: Beatles or Rolling Stones. In closing Canzoni di mari, curated by Federico Marras Perantoni.
