Sardinian traditions are on display tomorrow in Belgium. The "Grazia Deledda" Sardinian Society of Genk, in collaboration with AITEF Sardinia (president Tonino Casu), is organizing a special event dedicated to promoting the island's culture and excellence in the heart of Flanders.
Starting at 6:30 pm, at the club's headquarters, participants will be welcomed into a warm and convivial atmosphere, featuring live music, traditional songs, delicious food, and video projections showcasing the beauty and identity of Sardinia. The evening will be enlivened by performances by two exceptional artists. Federica Olla (vocals) and Myriam Costeri (accordion), will perform a repertoire of Sardinian musical heritage, taking the audience on a musical journey through ancestral rhythms and captivating melodies.
In addition to music, the event will include the screening of promotional videos about Sardinia and a display of typical island food and wine products, with the aim of promoting Sardinia's cultural, landscape, and artisanal heritage abroad.
A precious opportunity for the Sardinian community in Belgium, for Sardinia lovers, and for anyone wishing to better understand the soul of a region rich in history, tradition, and hospitality.
