Transfer market: Inter tempted by Perisic's return. Modric and Milan close to a renewal.

Lazio 's transfer window is moving. Following the sale of Mario Gila to AC Milan, they've signed 28-year-old Dutch center back Danilho Doekhi from Union Berlin. The defender arrives on a free transfer. The Rossoneri are reportedly eyeing Noussair Mazraoui: the Moroccan defender from Manchester United made a name for himself at the World Cup, attracting interest from several clubs.

After the failed signing of Israeli Anan Khalaili and the disappointment of Marco Palestra's failed arrival, Inter are evaluating several options for the flank: Curtis Jones, Tottenham's Djed Spence, and Strasbourg's Guéla Doué are top of the list. A sensational return is also looming, that of Ivan Perisic. But the Croatian isn't the only one: Mateo Kovacic, who could soon leave Manchester City, could also return to the Nerazzurri. Roma is close to signing Alejandro Garnacho but is not giving up on Dutchman Crysencio Summerville of West Ham and Brazilian Endrick of Real Madrid. Frosinone has signed Moroccan midfielder Annouar El Azzouzi, brother of Bologna's Oussama, on a free transfer. The Ciociaria club has also announced the arrival of Italy Under-21 goalkeeper Sebastiano Desplanches from Palermo.

Bologna is close to finalizing the contract renewal for striker Riccardo Orsolini. Juve has been denied by Aston Villa for Argentine goalkeeper Dibu Martinez and is still awaiting approval from Paris Saint-Germain for Kolo Muani. Lecce is closing in on the signing of Albanian defender Elseid Hysaj, formerly of Empoli, Napoli, and Lazio but now a free agent.
