In a rapidly changing world, slowing down is a way to stay abreast of development: those who lead a company must use continuous training as a springboard to outpace the competition or consolidate their leading position in the market.

Programma Us is the plan of the L'Unione Sarda group designed to offer entrepreneurs and managers a simple but effective training path , in partnership with SDA Bocconi, the Milan Polytechnic and the University of Cagliari: the project was presented on Friday 26 September during a workshop at the L'Unione Sarda headquarters.

Publisher Sergio Zuncheddu and Emanuele Dessì, editor-in-chief of the group's newspapers, introduced the presentation of the specialized training courses offered by the Polytechnic University of Milan. Speakers included professors from the Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Management, Gianandrea Ciaramella (architecture, built environment, and construction engineering) and Lucio Lamberti (scientific director of the courses). The University of Cagliari was also present, presenting the Unica Business School and featuring Vice-Rector Elisabetta Gola , Professor of Legal Informatics Massimo Farina , and Director of the Department of Economics and Business Sciences Patrizio Monfardini.

In addition to quality training, Programma Us also includes other solutions to the needs of entrepreneurs: an effective communications plan, with a dedicated platform for submitting and publishing company stories and their key players in the L'Unione Sarda group's media; and services for business growth, from qualified information (with L'Unione Sarda, Il Sole 24 Ore, and Leggi Illustrate) to a dedicated e-commerce platform for customers.

With these tools, presented by Lia Serreli , general manager of the L'Unione Sarda group, entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals will be able to increase their competitive capacity by improving production processes, organization, and turnover, and will be able to manage the complexities they face every day in leading companies.
