The regional government of Sardinia has renewed “Solare” (an acronym for Sostegno Lavoro Regione Sardegna) , a measure that aims to support, through incentives, businesses in the tourism sector that hire workers under 35, the long-term unemployed and women.
In recent days, the Todde council approved the administrative procedures for the publication of the Notice “So.La.Re. – Annuality 2025” allocating a total ceiling of 22 million euros , of which 16 million and 400 thousand euros from resources already allocated in the budget of the Sardinian Agency for Active Labor Policies (Aspal) and 5 million and 600 thousand euros from the co-financing of the Sardinia Regional Program FSE + 2021-2027 (European Social Fund).
The contributions – explains the Region – are paid in the form of subsidies based on gross monthly wages (on the fixed and invariable components of the salary).
«This is – it is underlined – an intervention that already in 2024 had positive feedback, with 2,090 applications for the under 35 line and 1,948 for the over 35 line . The regional council had also modified the parameters compared to the initial forecasts, broadening the group of potential beneficiaries by indicating individual aid that could not exceed 300 thousand euros for large companies and 150 thousand euros for micro-businesses».
