Torino is trying to turn the tide in the league by replacing Marco Baroni on the bench with Roberto D'Aversa.

"I'm proud to represent this club. I'm coming with great enthusiasm because I've never been away for so long," said the new coach during the official presentation.

"If Torino calls you with four months to go in the championship, you have to be there," D'Aversa added. "And now it won't be so much the formations that matter, but rather the attitude and mentality: we need to be more courageous on the pitch, history dictates it, and today's standings don't reflect the values of this team and this club."

D'Aversa will take over the team after a 3-0 defeat against Genoa, the Granata's sixth defeat in their last eight league games. Their first match will be at the Olimpico Grande Torino against Lazio.
