There are 16 Sardinian establishments awarded in the new Gambero Rosso guide “Pasticceri & Pasticcerie”.
Ten got Two Cakes, six more One Cake. None got the full score of Three Cakes.
THE BEST – Among the 4 best Due Torte, Roberto Murgia - Dolci di Alghero stands out, having won 86 points and above all the special prize for Valorisation of territorial production , with Agrimontana .
But the highest score, 88, was awarded to Ditrizio, in Cagliari , followed by La Piemontese , 87 points, also in the Sardinian capital, and by La Dolce Vita in Ghilarza with 85.
Gaia Pasticceria Artigianale from Assemini, Pace and Lu Pasticcu from Porto Cervo, L'Oasi Deliziosa from Nuoro, Dulcis and Chez Les Negres from Cagliari also won the Two Cakes award.
Finally, a Cake went to Pirani in Cagliari, Dolci Tentazioni in Nuoro, Il cigno bianco in Golfo Aranci, Caldieraro in Olbia, Dulcis in Sanluri and Pasticceria Sechi 1906 in Sassari.
