The Serpilonga 2021-Memorial Felice Schirru of mountain bike will run tomorrow in Sinnai. Appointment at 8 in piazza Sant'Isidoro.
Path. From the start we will continue on asphalt for about five kilometers, passing through Grusci is Ollastus, Tasonis and then begin the ascent on the dirt road towards Bruncu Su Feurraxiu, Santa Itroxia, Bruncu Su Feurraxiu. From here the competitors will arrive downhill to Su Ponti S'Illixina and then go up towards Pista Sa Scala Suergiu, arriving as far as the road to Monte Serpeddì. Turning left you will climb up to Mitza Crubetta, where the gate between the Marathon and Point rounds is located. We will then continue to Bruncu Arrubiu, Ludragus, Axareddu, Is Crabitaxius, Sarcu su Piccinu, then exit at Genn'e Funtana (where it connects to the 37,800 km route) and turn towards Bruncu Niu Crobu. Starting the descent towards Sinnai you will pass by Pruna, Quilli de Coccus and Cirronis. In the final part, a stretch of ups and downs of 10 kilometers and a stretch of asphalt of about one kilometer in slight descent that will lead to the finish in Sinnai. It will be a day on the bike in close contact with nature. The participation of the best island specialists is expected.
