The decision of the Court of Cagliari could arrive as early as May regarding the appeal presented by the lawyers of President Alessandra Todde on the effects of the injunction order of the Regional Electoral Guarantee Board. Once the issue of the precautionary suspension advanced by the lawyers has been overcome with the rapid hearing, set for next March 20, the merits of the matter will be immediately addressed with the so-called "simplified cognition procedure".

An emergency procedure that, if no one asks for witnesses or preliminary investigation documents, will be concluded within a few weeks.

The decision will be made in May. The hearing will be held with open doors, in the collegiate hall of the Civil Court.
