Writing a case without precedent must not have been easy. So it’s no surprise that the filing, first announced for early last week, has been delayed several times.

The presentation was expected on Saturday morning, right during the inauguration ceremony of the judicial year, while Alessandra Todde was listening to the report of the president of the Court of Appeal Gemma Cucca, who also chairs the Electoral Guarantee Board from which almost a month ago came the request for the governor's dismissal for irregularities in the reporting of electoral expenses.
