Tomorrow's session of the Regional Council on the '' Todde forfeiture case '' promises to be heated . The motion that commits the Council to raise the conflict of attributions with the State before the Constitutional Court will be discussed in the chamber.

The motion , in detail, commits the president and the Executive "to promptly deliberate the proposal of an appeal by the Region before the Constitutional Court for conflict of attributions between entities, in order to obtain a ruling to protect the position and constitutional prerogatives of the regional political management bodies". The underlying thesis is that the State would not be competent to express an opinion on the dismissal of the president of the Region.

"There is a regulatory gap that needs to be filled to protect voters," said the President of the Regional Council Piero Comandini, who thus explains the meaning of the motion proposed by the majority that calls for "restoring violated legality" - as can be read verbatim, in two points. "The dismissal of a Governor - says Comandini - cannot determine the dissolution of the entire Assembly."

The opposition, on the other hand, has already announced a battle as they consider the text proposed by the majority to be "unacceptable".

Above all, they don't like the tone, especially the passages about "violated legality".
