Bell ceremony at Villa Devoto for the handover between Christian Solinas and Alessandra Todde. A ritual at the conclusion of a discussion that lasted over two and a half hours during which the former governor and the new president of the Region addressed "the main dossiers", as they both stated when leaving, giving themselves to the microphones at different times.

«A cycle that I lived with a spirit of service comes to an end, trying to fulfill my role with discipline and honor», said Solinas, «we had a cordial and frank discussion, I wished her a good job in the interests of Sardinia» . The president declared that he considers all the assessments of those who won the elections to be "legitimate", referring to any decisions that will be taken on the new hospitals, which he would have liked to build and which Todde does not seem to like very much. And in addition to healthcare " we talked about everything, starting from transport, industry, personnel and commissioner management" such as that of the reclamation in La Maddalena and for the construction of roads.

Immediately after it was Alessandra Todde's turn. «We had an all-round discussion about the priorities for Sardinia», reiterated Todde, «and Solinas gave me his willingness to support me in the coming weeks, to ensure that there is continuity on the deadlines and needs we have to face».

Then the announcement: «I won't stay here at Villa Devoto, but in Viale Trento. I think it is important to be operational and aware of what is happening in the offices and managements. I want to be an operating president."

Will there be continuity with what Solinas did? «I am happy with the choice of the commissioner for land reclamation in La Maddalena: it is something that I will carry forward».
