"The appeal has not yet been filed, it will be in a few days. The goal was this week, but the papers are being reviewed". This is what Alessandra Todde said in a press conference after the meeting of the Board of Directors, about the countermove of her lawyers against the order of forfeiture.
"I will report to the Chamber on February 3, I was the one who asked to report," she pointed out. "The legislature will continue until the competent bodies and the Regional Council express their opinion."
On the hypothesis of asking for damages suggested by Giuseppe Conte, «we will see in the competent offices». On the hypothesis of raising the conflict of attributions before the Constitutional Court, «for the moment we will enter into the merits of the case».
The governor also said she appreciated Giorgia Meloni's words on the case of forfeiture: "They were measured, she expressed herself correctly". M5S leader Giuseppe Conte spoke after a long time: "I asked her, I hate improvisation".
The Santanchè case
At the national level, the center-right has asked for the president's resignation, the center-left is doing the same thing in reverse with Minister Santanché. I am calm and convinced that we will make our way even if I don't foresee the future. Certainly evoking instability to the extent that the Sardinians need answers is irresponsible, and I will let the minority do it."
The plan is for the next five years, but the verdict could arrive before the natural end of the legislature. "We are legitimized to govern and we answer to the Sardinians," she reiterates, "after which there are other bodies that will decide, and we will calmly evaluate their decisions. But I am convinced that we will see this mandate to the end. If we have to go to the vote before, we will see."
