From yellow to black, passing through horror, these are the favorite genres of the Oristano director and screenwriter Mirko Zaru. On May 30th "Metamorphosis of Being" will be released at the cinema, a crime thriller shot almost entirely in Norbello and its surroundings.

The story: in the countryside of the town of Guilcer several feminicides of young women are at the center of the investigation by Anna Carreras (played by Maria Chiara Piras). Inspector of the Violent Crime Analysis Unit, Carreras is not inclined to respect the rules. At her side, a novice inspector, Fiorenzo Vargas (Gabriele Muscas) helps her untangle the key to a bloody skein which also sees Claudia Carreras, the young inspector's sister, among the victims. Mirko Zaru anticipates: «Anna is a young woman who lost her sister in the worst way possible: will she be able to manage the situation as best as possible? How many rules are you willing to break for the sake of your own blood?".

The cast is completed by Aiste Dunderyte, Fabrizio Tuveri, Marco Urru, Christian Loddo, Fausto Atzei, Giovanni Lembo, Giulia Mabe Muru, Pino Mura, Daniele Zoncu, Matteo Manca, Ilaria Stara.

Produced by Monti Prama Films, the feature film is the third work by the Oristano director who has already directed the horror film “Vien di notte” and the web series “The Slide projector”, a psychological thriller.
