The countdown is over: on Wednesday, at the Peschiera di San Teodoro with the first exclusive images of "The land of women" by Marisa Vallone, the 32nd edition of the Tavolara Film Festival will start.

An edition that in addition to the super guests, above all Silvio Orlando , offers super projections, such as Mario Martone's “Nostalgia”.

It starts, therefore, on July 13 with "The land of women" , written and interpreted by Paola Sini; to follow "The Giants" by Bonifacio Angius. The event will continue on Thursday 14 in Porto San Paolo with the film “Settembre”, the directorial debut of Giulia Steigerwalt, who will be accompanied by the leading actresses Barbara Ronchi and Thony; on the 15th the landing on the island of Tavolara with the short winner of the David 2022 award “Maestrale” by Nico Bonomolo and with “Nostalgia”, interpreted among others by Pierfrancesco Favino, and presented in Tavolara by the other leading actor Francesco di Leva.

Saturday 16 the evening of honor dedicated to Silvio Orlando , in which the film "AriaFerma" by Leonardo Di Costanzo will be screened, which this year earned him the David di Donatello as Best Actor, and the documentary film on the Davis Cup won from Italy in 1976 "Una Squadra-Il Film", which marks the directorial debut of producer Domenico Procacci.
