Each Sardinian, on the other hand, will spend 65 euros , one euro more than last year.

«The data are similar to 2022, growing slightly - explains the director of Confcommercio Sud Sardegna Giuseppe Scura - we are seeing more and more digitization even among neighborhood shops which, alongside traditional sales, look online to be able to get the products islanders even on the other side of the world».

In view of the sales, the Italian Fashion Federation and Confcommercio recall a series of fundamental indications, both for merchants and customers, to make purchases on sale by following safety and transparency rules.

The first rule concerns the possibility of changing the garment after it has been purchased, which is generally left to the discretion of the shopkeeper, unless the product is damaged or non-compliant. In this case, the shopkeeper is obliged to repair or replace the item and, if this proves impossible, the reduction or refund of the price paid. However, the buyer is required to report the defect in the garment within two months from the date of discovery of the defect. There is no obligation to test the garments, this too is left to the discretion of the shopkeeper, while payments by credit card must be accepted by the retailer who must indicate the initial price, the discount percentage and the final price.
