Meetings, presentations, workshops, and debates to sow ideas, spark reflection, foster knowledge, and foster an environmentally conscious and sustainable culture. The Sémenes Festival, organized by the municipal administration and the Itinerandia Association, returns to Putifigari.
From September 24th to 27th, it will offer over 30 events, including literary presentations, talks, and roundtables, hands-on workshops (honey and cheesemaking) open to both boys and girls and the public, reading workshops for students, field trips ( FAI Sassari ), and in-depth focus sessions on local and island products such as wheat and pasta, meat, and silk. There will also be cross-pollinations of art and performances with authors, experts, and communicators who have come to Putifigari with the desire and intention of building on what was sown last year, thanks to the collective consciousness that supports and pushes the festival toward new, informed horizons for sustainable environmental and climate change.
Among others, Mario Tozzi and Enzo Favata , a geologist and an artist, will be on stage, blending popular science with jazz music to take listeners on a journey of discovery into " Mystical Geographies ." Journalist Stefania Divertito will also be present, having recently published her book " War and Climate ," a snapshot of the present to be analyzed with a view to the future, a book that has been particularly well received by critics and the media. Also present will be Sergio Costa , former Minister of the Environment, Member of Parliament, and current Vice President of the Chamber of Deputies, a voice capable of offering insights and reflections on the topics discussed, useful for sparking debate and critical thinking.
