The Sassari Conservatory flies to Austria and China

Austria and China are the latest stops on the Luigi Canepa Conservatory's global promotion campaign. In recent days, the Sassari-based institute of higher education participated in the annual congress and general assembly of the AEC, the Conference of European Conservatories, in Salzburg.
From Monday to Wednesday, the "Canepa" flew to China for Idohe, the Italian Days of Higher Education, in southern China. The event was organized by Unitalia, together with the Italian Embassy to the People's Republic of China and the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou.
On both occasions, Canepa was represented by President Ivano Iai, who also chairs the National Conference of Conservatory Presidents. Canepa's Austrian and Chinese missions confirm the Sassari Conservatory's commitment to outreach, having already participated in the AFAM Futura event in Padua at the end of October and in Japan in September with other Italian conservatories for the world premiere of the opera "L'ebrezza del volo" (The Inebriation of Flight), during Expo 2025 in Osaka.
