The Goceano brand is born, with the aim of “creating a real container of excellence with which to also guarantee the production of typical local products”, which will all be branded with the new brand, clearly visible.

The announcement was made today by the councilor for local authorities Quirico Sanna , after a meeting in Anela with the mayors of Goceano.

The goal is to carry out a policy of development and recovery of the entire territory, no longer linked to the single municipality.

The role of the church is fundamental, since the meeting was organized by Monsignor Corrado Melis, bishop of the Diocese of Ozieri. “The Church - said Sanna - acts as a glue between the different areas of the territory to carry out two fundamental projects, fully embraced by the Region. One concerns the House of Legality , to give the world of youth a new course to develop the culture of work and legality. The other project is to promote the territory, both cultural and tourist , in which we intend to develop a single brand, with the Goceano brand, with which we want to promote the whole territory, exploiting the various peculiarities of each country, both receptive and cultural, environmental and food and wine, offering a unique package aimed primarily at tourists. Instead of making individual interventions, we will proceed globally, with all the territories concerned, to develop the synergy of the territory ".

“The Region - said Sanna - will give help so that the Consortium can walk on its own legs along this path. An important answer for a territory that is often and wrongly considered marginal ".
