The murdered ex policewoman and her daughters manipulated by her boyfriend in common

The former policewoman is employed in the Municipality of Roncadella, in the province of Brescia, is 55 years old, is a catechist, is an expert in trekking, has three daughters and is the owner, together with her second child, of a dozen houses scattered between Valcamonica and Brescia. . The eldest and the youngest daughter have inherited from their father, who died in an avalanche, 40 thousand euros and the mother has almost forced them to invest that money to renovate some of the apartments made available for income.

The eldest, 27, is employed in an RSA, the last, 19, is a model student in Economics. The oldest has been engaged for ten years to a musician of the same age with a degree in Psychology, enrolled at the Milan Conservatory who plays the organ in the parish church and who has been the lover of her younger sister for some time.

The girls' mother doesn't like that young man, the grandmother just can't see him.

The two sisters are particularly closed, they do not attend anyone, greetings or even answer you, they attend church and oratory and they love the second child very much, sunny, sociable, nice, with a slight cognitive delay and for this very close to the mother : they live in symbiosis.

In April, the ex-securitywoman tells a friend that she slept for 36 hours straight after drinking an herbal tea prepared by her eldest daughter at the end of a dinner. And who knows if he suspected it was the dress rehearsal of his murder. The fact is that at Easter she confides in a friend: she is afraid of her daughters.

But it failed to defend itself. The night between 7 and 8 May she was killed in her home, then the body was transported to the countryside and hidden. He was found on 8 August, in briefs and tank top: she had been sedated and suffocated.

According to the allegations that on Friday 24 September they took the two sisters and their mutual boyfriend to the cell on charges of aggravated voluntary murder and corpse concealment, the trio allegedly murdered the former securitywoman for a matter of money: they first stunned her with Bromazepan and then prevented her from breathing either with a pillow in her face or simply by closing her nostrils, since she was in a semi-comatose state.

The motive? The management of women's assets.

The mastermind would be the musician who manipulated the tough sisters. Quite recently, he had accused the former securitywoman of spending too much money on the renovation of the apartments, effectively meddling in matters that did not concern him. It is no coincidence that immediately after the disappearance of the ex-warden together with her mother he had replaced the woman in the administration of the real estate assets by going to the tenants to order them to pay off their debts and deliver the money immediately.

Even the two sisters did not agree with the management of the mother, in particular they would not have wanted to invest the money received as an inheritance from their father. Clashes over money were frequent.

When, on the morning of May 8, the eldest daughter denounces her mother's disappearance, she does so too soon. He tells the investigators that his mother has gone out for a walk: the short time spent arouses immediate suspicions. But he doesn't realize it. Together with his younger sister, he appears on television, and in tears under the mask he launches a heartfelt appeal: "Please, whatever report you have about our mother, even if you have seen her in passing, please tell us because it could very little help to address research in the right direction ".

But when the neighbor tells her: “Let's go and look for her”, she replies: “We can't, the carabinieri don't want to”.

And it's a lie.

The investigators want to see clearly and put the phones of the three suspects under interception. So they discover that twenty days after the death of their mother, tears have already given way to other things: houses to be repaired, rents to be collected, cars to be bought, holidays to be taken.

But there's more: on May 31, the musician on the phone with a friend launches the hypothesis that the former policewoman has faked her death to escape from creditors (which she does not have) and that she is actually living the good life elsewhere. It is the first - clumsy - attempt at misdirection. Then there is the rest: together with the two sisters he places the right shoe of the woman along the path of the elusive escape near the place where, a few days earlier, he had hidden the left one to get rid of it. He did not know that the investigators had already found it.

The woman's jeans had already thrown them into a stream.

But nobody believes in the escape.

Also because their statements are not reflected. For example: they say they saw the former policewoman leave the house on 8 May intent on fiddling with the mobile phone which, however, had not generated traffic at that time. The pedometer app was instead activated after eight: the strange fact is that the cell phone was found by the investigators in the cellar, between the staircase and a bench, in a place where there is no field.

And so, just over a month after the woman's disappearance, at the end of June the prosecutor entered the two sisters and the musician in the register of suspects. When the musician found out, he vented to the parish priest of Roncola San Bernardo: "I have nothing to do with it, the investigators are ruining my life". Yet together with the two sisters he had also contradicted himself about their mobile phones: lying he said he had sold them at the station to make money when in reality they had reset them.

The student, on the other hand, was very worried about the research done on the computer: she had made it clear to her older sister, not knowing she was being intercepted. The musician had in fact searched on a crime channel how to kill people, poisonous plants, perfect crimes, serial killers, torture.

The woman's body was found on 8 August near the Temù cycle path, along the bank of the Oglio river, not far from the place where the three boys, seen by a witness, had left the woman's shoe. No signs of apparent violence.

The time to do the investigations and the handcuffs went off.

The two sisters entered the same cell hand in hand, without saying anything. The musician, on the other hand, is in isolation: according to the accusation he manipulated the two girls who, unable to oppose the will of their mother, preferred to suppress her rather than discuss openly with her about the management of the profitable family assets.

And now the second child is alone, without her mother who supported her. She is 25 years old, she is an altar girl and in Corriere della Sera she says: "I didn't trust them anymore, but I didn't think they would get to do something so bad, I'm sick because they killed her, my sisters and that idiot. For the money, Mom and I lived together, we were practically inseparable. I'm glad they arrested them. They will never have my forgiveness ”.
