Yet another farewell to the League in Sardinia . This time it is Andrea Piras, former regional councillor , who leaves, attacking the regional secretary of the Carroccio Michele Pais and in a post on Facebook announcing his move to the UDC.

«I have resigned from the League party . There comes a time when you have to say enough and preserve your moral integrity," he writes.

«The founding values have been betrayed» of the Northern League, continues Piras, a party that «focused its priorities on the values of listening and sharing».

Then the attack on Pais: " The regional secretary has chosen the formula of one man alone in command , a dynamic incompatible with the DNA of the party." And the results of the latest regional elections are proof of this, according to Piras: « The only representative of the League in the Regional Council does not have a Northern League history , he did not share the project that made the party grow and which was starting to bear fruit».

Then the announcement of the move to the UDC: «My commitment to the community does not end here, I owe it to all the people who have once again shown their trust in me, a commitment that will continue in the ranks of the UDC . I am sure that in this new context, I will have the opportunity to carry forward the voice of the citizens and I will do so immediately, making myself available for the upcoming elections for the renewal of the Cagliari City Council ."
