L'Isola dei Famosi starts but Ibiza Altea will not be there. Yesterday evening, during the first live broadcast, the Honduran correspondent Pierpaolo Pretelli made a surprise statement : «We would have really liked to have Ibiza Altea on L'Isola but it didn't happen. We are sure that with her strength, charm and beauty she will go very far».
The Italian-American model, from Nuoro on her father's side, Angelo, a former deputy and former journalist for L'Unione Sarda, was supposed to participate in the 19th edition of the survival reality show hosted by Veronica Gentili. "She was supposed to be our competitor," explains the journalist and host, "but unfortunately she won't be able to be for a number of reasons. So we wish her the best of luck with everything ."
It is not clear why she dropped out, but we know that the model, born in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1999, was recording another reality show, Too Hot Too Handle, on Netflix, and perhaps something happened during production. Altea now lives in Milan with her 5-year-old son Angel Gabriel, born from her relationship with Davide Pilotto, who died in a car accident in 2020.
