The international festival of ancient music "Note senza tempo" is back
Concerts in Sassari, Porto Torres, Uri and Monteleone RoccadoriaVideo di Fausto Spano
Organized by the Dolci Accenti association of Sassari, the international festival of ancient music has reached its seventh edition. The "Note senza tempo" program will be enriched in the coming weeks with other stages. In the meantime, the concerts of Sassari, Porto Torres, Uri and Monteleone Roccadoria have already been scheduled.
The event will start on Saturday in Sassari in the Church of San Pietro in Silki where at 8pm the Acadèmia del Festival de Mùsica Antìga de Caimari will perform "Another look at the genius Bach" , six trio sonatas for two manuals and compulsory pedal which will be performed by Eva Febrer on the baroque violin and Tomeo Seguì on the harpsichord.
Among the other stops to be noted on April 15th, again in Sassari, the Orchestra of the Festival Note senza tempo with Alberto Sanna as first violin, for the performance of the soprano Cinthia Franchini and the contralto Lara Rotili.
On July 12th Monteleone Roccadoria will host a historical reenactment by the Dolci Accenti Ensemble and on the 13th there will be a stop in Uri with the storytelling of the "siglo de oro" in Spain with the violinist Alberto Sanna, Daniele Cernuto on the viola da gamba, Calogero Sportato on the theorbo, archlute and guitar, and Andrea Lubino on percussion.
The festival will stop in Porto Torres on October 4th with the Orfeo Futuro ensemble directed by Giovanni Rota.
