The Municipality manages its treasures : it will once again be the Pula diffused culture Foundation to deal with the enhancement of the main monuments of the town. The decision was made during the last session of the council led by mayor Walter Cabasino, who gave the green light to the renewal of the collaboration relationship between the municipality and the institution born in 2018.

The Foundation will have the task of managing the archaeological site of Nora, the municipal library located in via Nora, and the Giovanni Patroni civic museum, which should reopen its doors after a long closure at the beginning of this year. The historical and cultural sites of greatest interest will be managed by the Foundation in 2023 and 2024.

In the management of the city museum and the archaeological area of Nora, incentives are envisaged in favor of the Foundation equal to 3 per cent for receipts on tickets up to 400 thousand euros; by 5 percent from 400,001 euros up to 500,000; 12 per cent for receipts over 500,000 euros. The agreement also includes the possibility for the Foundation to entrust the management of refreshment and commercial outlets to third parties, in compliance with the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, cost-effectiveness and transparency.
