Never happened before, the two most accurate shooters in Serie A from beyond the 6.75 meter arc are two from Sassari: Spissu and Chessa. The national point guard Marco Spissu, who went to Venice, excels with 52.2% in the ranking that considers those who have attempted at least 50 shots: he has 47/90.

As for accuracy Spissu is ahead of two Dinamo players who were teammates: Kruslin who has 56/110, i.e. 51% and Bendzius who has 67/144, i.e. 46.5%, a truly impressive result given the high number of shots and the attention that the opposing defenses reserve for him.

From the point of view of accuracy, Massimo Chessa does even better than Spissu: 15/28 from three which is equivalent to 53.6%. And to those who object that there are few shots, we must answer that in relation to the amount of time required (8 minutes on average) they are not so few. Then there is another impressive figure from the 35-year-old from Sassari: every time he has scored at least three triples it has been a victory for Banco di Sardegna. It happened against Scafati, Trento, Pesaro (even 4/4) and on Sunday against Tortona.
