In 2025, Bertas will celebrate 60 years of activity, the longest-lived Italian band after I Nomadi. As true artists they are always ready to surprise and be surprised, as happened on the night of 29 September 2019 after the performance on stage at the "Festival di Santu Antine". As Franco Castia recounts: «We visited the nuraghe at night, by torchlight. It was a journey through time, an exciting experience. It must have been the darkness, the freezing night or more likely the skill and love with which the guide catapulted us into that dimension, gently but inexorably, that made us forget ourselves». Castia and Mario Chessa thus composed "Sa domo de su re", sung in Sardinian.

Now the band from Sassari publishes the single and a video clip. To interpret the song in addition to Mario Chessa (vocals, piano), Enzo Paba (vocals, guitar), Marco Piras (guitars, bass) also the historical added members of the Bertas: Franco Castia (vocals), Giuseppe Gadau (bass, vocals) , Fabrizio Loriga (drums, percussion) Maria Rosaria Soro (voice) and Enrica Virdis (voice). To the training is added the extemporaneous external contribution of Alberto Erre (bass) and of the strings of the Progetto Enarmonia association.

The new project of the Bertas narrated by Alberto Salvucci's video clip was realized also thanks to the approval and collaboration of the Superintendency of Archaeology, fine arts and landscape of the provinces of Sassari and Nuoro and of the Culture Department of the municipality of Torralba.
